How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times: US & Canada 7–14 business days · International 14–21 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over $70 automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout, applied to all zones.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Select Flat Rate Shipping + Tracking & Insurance at checkout for a tracking number sent via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused items in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

How do I request a refund?

Email us at creditguys.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Are sale items refundable?

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Our supplements are manufactured in compliance with industry standards. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before use.

What sizes do the activewear items come in?

Our activewear ranges from S to XL. Size guides are available on each product page to help you find your perfect fit.

Are the skincare products safe for sensitive skin?

All skincare products are CPNP registered. We recommend a patch test before first full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
