Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order. Prices listed are in USD.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer.

We offer the following flat-rate options at checkout:

United States; Canada

Flat Rate Shipping — $5.95
Flat Rate Shipping + Tracking & Insurance — $9.95

International (Rest of the World)

Flat Rate Shipping — $6.95
Flat Rate Shipping + Tracking & Insurance — $11.95

Free Shipping — $70 or more


We recommend choosing a Tracking; Insurance option so your package is fully traceable and protected from our facility to your door.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped:

United States; Canada: [7–15] business days
International: [10–25] business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or peak-season volume.

Order Tracking

If you selected a tracked option, we will email you a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to become active. Options without tracking may not provide real-time updates.

Customs, Duties; Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracked package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@theauralux.com within [14] days of the expected delivery date and we will help resolve it. Insured shipments are eligible for replacement or refund according to coverage; uninsured shipments may not be eligible for compensation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Order Changes; Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, contact us within [12–24] hours of purchase. Once an order enters processing or ships, we may not be able to make changes.
